How to make an automatic bee farm in Minecraft: 20 Steps

Bees are the Minecraft Mobs that are small and yellow with black stripes, and they spawn near flowers. They usually hang around their hives which are attached to the trees. The bees are the only source of honey in Minecraft, so you should make an automatic bee farm to get the benefits. From bee farming, you will get honeycombs that you can use to craft candles and wax copper. Also, you can use honeycomb to create honeycomb blocks and beehives in the game. So, let us continue to know how to do bee farming in Minecraft and what resources are needed to make the farm.

Step 8

Then cover the front part with glass blocks.

Step 9

Now go down and make a door in the middle of those cobblestone walls.

Step 10

Then go inside the room and place flowers all over the blocks such that a single block doesn’t remain empty. Also, put some torches so that mobs don’t spawn

Step 11

Put some shears on the dispensers, at least one on each.

Step 12

Now below the door on the right, dig 3 blocks down and place 2 chests. On the left side, dig one hole, and on the right side, make two holes of the same depth.

Step 13

Then go down to the right hole and start making a 9*5 room of two-block height.

Step 14

Place 4 hoppers connecting to the chest. DO this by crouching.

Step 15

Now leave one block space behind and dig 4 blocks, then place 4 Redstone torches there. Again, from the other end, leave one block space and dig 4 blocks, then place 4 Redstone torches there.

Step 16

Now cover the whole area with blocks starting from the back of the hoppers. (The blocks above the Redstone torch should be different from the other blocks.)

Step 17

Now starting from the left, make a rail system that goes from left to right and right to left. Remember to put powered rails on top of the blocks that have Redstone torches beneath.

The problem will happen when you are making the system. To correct it, break the first rail. Continue placing the rails on the back. Then you can place it back again. (While placing rails above the hoppers, hold crouch.)

Step 18

Now put down a minecart with a hopper and push it. You can break some blocks above and put them back again after pushing. Once you push, there will be a loop going on.

Step 19

Now go up and cover the rest of the open space, then put 2 trapdoors above the chest.

Step 20

The Minecraft automatic bee farm is almost ready, so now bring 2 bees by luring them with a flower and keep them inside and breed until there are a good amount of bees, about 30. Breed them with flowers.
